The same mission, applied to the follow
Someone puts up their profile, sets a price per follower, funds the pool. People follow. They confirm, they get paid. It is the same object as a callout, except the proof needs neither a screenshot nor a human review: the target account's follower list is public and verifiable on its own.

Why these two rules exist
The follower list carries no timestamp: the only way to know a follow is new is to have checked it before booking. An account you already follow therefore opens no slot, not because it has no value, but because nothing proves it came from this mission.
Payment waits for the hold delay to end, then the list is checked again.
A follow that did not hold that long is rejected, reason
unfollowed_during_hold. It is not a hidden penalty, just the
proof that was no longer there at payment time. Both rules exist so that
whoever pays receives something real.
